Pricing Policy
Any pieces outside of the NGA Collection require an enquiry and are priced upon application. This ensures you receive an accurate price that accounts for any stones and precious metals chosen.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Postage to Australia, New Zealand and the United States is free of charge for the NGA Collection. Website items will be dispatched within 1- 2 business days. Depending on your location they will take 2-5 business days to arrive at their destination. Items will be sent via express post with insurance and signature on delivery. Each item will have a tracking number which can be emailed to you.

For orders outside of the NGA Collection or for International Orders, please enquire and you will be given shipping options and a quotation.
Return & Exchange Policy
As all David's items are hand made, often one-off pieces, please make your purchase carefully as no returns are offered for change of mind, unless the goods are deemed to be faulty.

Exchanges may be available on some silver items, or with prior arrangement. An item to be exchanged must be unworn and undamaged. Exchange must occur within 7 days and may incur a small restocking fee. To initiate an exchange please email contact@davidparkerjewellery.com.au. Postage fees are non-refundable.
Please note: Once an order is placed for a custom piece it cannot be exchanged.
