As David further explores his influences - in particular Art Deco in light of his American experiences - The LaSalle Ring reflects a deeper immersion in the essential elegance and classic tapered and stepped aesthetics of the movement and the period. It brings to life a layered, dynamic approach to the relationship between a round brilliant cut champagne diamond center stone and it's angular Australian sapphire accomplices. Named again for a prominent streetscape (re Michigan Avenue Ring) it reflects the ideas, construction and art work of the area.
